Accessibility statement
SANTVIA is committed to making JAMPACK accessible. This statement applies to the JAMPACK application (web, desktop and mobile, one codebase) and to its public quote-signing page.
Establishment of this statement
- Date established: 8 October 2026.
- Standard: RGAA 4.1 (the French transposition of WCAG 2.1 level AA).
- Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React), WAI-ARIA.
Compliance status
JAMPACK is not compliant with RGAA 4.1.
An automated, partial audit was carried out on 8 October 2026. The formal RGAA audit of the 106 criteria has not been carried out. No compliance rate is claimed: a rate computed from a partial audit would not be accurate.
Test results
Scope of the 8 October 2026 audit: the application structure (navigation, bars), 61 of 62 screens and 9 creation forms, rendered and queried the way a screen reader does. Checked automatically within this scope:
- every button, link, field, list, checkbox and tab has an accessible name (RGAA 11.9, 7.1 — WCAG 4.1.2);
- every field has a label (RGAA 11.1 — WCAG 1.3.1, 3.3.2);
- a field in error is linked to its error message (RGAA 11.10 — WCAG 3.3.1);
- the document language follows the interface language, French or English (RGAA 8.3 — WCAG 3.1.1);
- a skip link leads to the main content (RGAA 12.7 — WCAG 2.4.1);
- status messages are announced, and an error message never disappears on its own (RGAA 7.5 — WCAG 4.1.3);
- decorative icons are hidden from assistive technologies (RGAA 1.1 — WCAG 1.1.1);
- primary and secondary text reaches a 4.5:1 contrast on the application backgrounds, in light and dark themes (RGAA 3.2 — WCAG 1.4.3).
Defects found by this audit and fixed the same day: 9 icon-only buttons without a name, 14 fields without a label (including the four fields of every line of the journal entry editor), a document language that stayed French when the interface was in English, light-theme secondary text below the contrast threshold (3.9:1 to 4.35:1), drag-and-drop board instructions and announcements in English in the French interface, a focus indicator barely visible in the dark theme (2.2:1) and on input fields, and at 320 px a navigation panel covering every view, clipped button labels and crushed input fields, PDF documents without a title, and a status bar reached by keyboard before the content. Automated checks now block their return.
Inaccessible or unverified content
- Contrast: measured for the default brand colours and for primary and secondary text on the application backgrounds, in light and dark themes; not measured for colours customised by an account or for one-off colours (badges, alerts, charts). Not compliant, measured: the border of input fields reaches only 1.2:1 in the light theme and 1.4:1 in the dark theme, below the 3:1 threshold (WCAG 1.4.11); fixing it changes the look of every field and awaits a decision on the visual identity.
- Drag-and-drop sales pipeline board: every card is reachable by keyboard, and its instructions and the pick-up, drop and cancel announcements are verified in French and English; moving a card from one stage to another by keyboard and how a screen reader renders it are not verified.
- Modal windows: the 9 creation forms and the edit windows for customers, contacts, products and e-mail templates are audited; confirmations are the browser’s own; edit windows of the other screens are not audited.
- Keyboard navigation: the focus indicator reaches a 3:1 contrast in light and dark themes and no tab order is forced; focus order follows the visual order of the application areas (bars, panel, tabs, content); it is not measured within each screen.
- Reflow at 320 px and 200 % zoom: 56 views measured at 320 px in a browser, without data (no horizontal scrolling, no clipped, hidden or crushed content); not measured with populated lists, nor text-only enlargement to 200 %.
- Screen readers: no test session carried out (neither NVDA nor VoiceOver).
- Generated PDF documents (invoices, quotes, delivery notes): tagged (structure, language, title, tables with headers), measured on an invoice; full conformance with the PDF/UA standard is not verified with a validator.
Test environment
Automated tests: DOM rendering and accessible-name computation with the algorithm screen readers use; source-code checks in continuous integration. No manual test with an assistive technology has been carried out yet.
